Evaluation of the Indonesian German Cooperation in the field of human rights oriented and democracy oriented Policing in Indonesia by Capacity Builduing strategy. The capacity building is implemented by training measures by the Bavarian State Police. A network in the region with the participation countries Laos, Vietnam, Philippines, Myanmar and Indonesia was one branch of the project. An Online Questionnaire, personal interviews and the participation in project activities plus document studies were the sources of information for this evaluation. The project is implemented by the Hanns-Seidel Foundation and funded by the German Ministry of Economic Cooperation (BMZ).
