Development of a strategy for Capacity Development measures for local administrations in the framework of SEWOH projects in the project region of Afar and Somali region in the east of Ethiopia. Document studies, key informant interviews and focus group interviews in the project region were applied. The proposed strategy contents a budgeting for the next years of project implementation. The assignment was on behalf of GIZ.
